Our expeditions is limited to a maximum size of 12. How can you experience an isolated island if you are with a busload of people? Choose from our 10-day expeditions:

  • The Ancient South- General Santos City, Sarangani Province, South Cotabato

Our mini-expeditions, which range from 5-6 days, is a way to experience the ‘real’ Philippines on a tight schedule. This means you get to ride a jeepney, sleep in a native nipa hut or bahay kubo, or maybe swim with home-made fins!

  • Southern Seas - Cagayan de Oro, Camiguin
  • A spin-off of the Southern Explorer expedition, this mini covers Cagayan de Oro’s adrenalin-pumping white river rafting and zipline adventures, visit to a museum to learn about the folklore aswang and kapre, trip to Camiguin’s sunken church ruins and a hike among volcanoes, a stay in a tree house, plus a meditation before we head out to a mineral hot spring.

  • Southern Highlands - Camiguin, Bukidnon, Davao
  • Another take-off from the 10-day Southern Explorer Expedition, Southern Highlands will take you to the Tlaandig school of living traditions as you learn to weave, drum and dance the tribe way where a special welcome ritual awaits you. We will also visit Bukidnon’s Malaybalay coffee plantation, farmed by the local priests, then live with a community for a day and go vegetable picking with them. We will hike Mt. Kitanlad and try to spot the world’s largest eagle, our very own Philippine Eagle - Pithecophaga jefferyi.

  • Ancient Seas - Sarangani Province
  • First half of the Ancient South expedition, this mini-version is complete with a scenic route to Sarangani Province from the Tambler Airport as a start. Then, we will check out giant 100-pound fish at the Fishport followed by a relaxing retreat at the highlands. For Day 2, we will master the strength of the Pangi River as we ride its rapids. To relax, we will check out century-old anthropomorphic jars and learn more of who we are from our past. Then, we will hike to a place called Zion via the T’boli trail and be one with the locals, weaving coconut barks, building boats, singing and dancing the tribal way. Finally, we will visit a turtle sanctuary and a coral reserve, enjoy snorkeling and lazying about in the beach.

  • Picking from where Ancient Seas ended, this mini-expedition will let you understand the way the T’bolis live, highlighted with a meeting with their last princess or a boi. Then, we’ll experience soulful Lake Sebu as we walk through the different barangays, then ride through a surreal boating experience ending with a trek to the Seven Falls.
